Supporting the community and creating jobs

A personal passion of mine is to support the community, in particular the youth that will form the next generation, I want them to know and understand that they can achieve anything in life and that sky is the limit!

My passion comes from personally being someone that opportunities didn’t come easy for, in my scenario it was undetected dyslexia and teaching styles that didn’t work for me which I only discovered later down the line within employment.

As a father of 3 children, the eldest of which is in his final year of his GCSE’s and also suffers from dyslexia (this wasn’t detected by his school), I’ve seen everything repeated with little/no change, I find this a real shame as we’re over 25 years on and the education system still hasn’t adjusted to support children with different learning styles, it continues to fail pupils/their families and society.

I want to help these people that are failed by the UK’s education system. I want to help them get decent jobs and build successful careers as a qualification and/or a certificate aren’t as important in this day and age, you can still be successful and earn lots of money regardless.

Apprenticeships and Internships are something I strongly endorse and hope to offer these in abundance in the coming months and years, watch this space.
